It is a not for profit organisation dedicated to the development of exercise, movement and dance provision throughout England and the UK. This Summer is all about Bollywood!

Summer 2013 sees the launch of the Level 2 qualification to teach Just Jhoom! Bollywood Dance Fitness! Just Jhoom is an energetic, fun and tongue-in-cheek Bollywood Dance workout. A fantastic way to get yourself and others into great shape!
